A human can go three weeks without food,
but only three to four days without water.
The human body needs water to survive.

The Problem

In the city of Matamoros, Mexico along the Southern Border, there are 500 Migrant families (1,000+ total people) living in a tent camp as well as 3,000+ other Latino, Immigrant, and Migrant families living in slums around the city with no access to clean drinking water due to terrible living conditions.

Our Mission

Providing clean drinking water to Latino, Immigrant, and Migrant families in Matamoros, Mexico along the Southern Border.

How We Provide

All 500 Migrant families receive one 5-gallon water jug once a week at the tent camp in Matamoros, Mexico which lasts three days. We distribute water jugs to 166 families on Tuesday, 167 families on Thursday, and 167 families on Saturday of every week in the tent camp. We give one extra water jug to pregnant women and mothers with newborns, toddlers, and children. Our longterm vision is to provide every family with clean drinking water every day of the week in the tent camp along with providing clean water to 3,000+ Latino, Immigrant, and Migrant families living in the slums around the city of Matamoros, Mexico.
